The first thing we shall look at is the invitation. Instead of going into extensive agreement with your printer, you can order your invitation online. Many websites will allow you to design your own cards according to your unique style and type of wedding. You can preview your cards online and then order copies. You do not have any contract to sign, no samples to sift through or an assistant to fumble over your request. There are many preset designs to make your online ordering easy. After the online order, you can track your goods online and know when it will arrive.
You can print your wedding programs in the same way. Many online software will allow you to do that. You will only have to input the events and time, and the system will generate everything for you.
What about the reception booking? Well, you look around the wedding ceremony hall first to see all probable places. Next pay each venue a visit and see how appropriate the location can be. Look at the space. Is it enough for the number of guests you intend to invite? Make room for chairs and dancing. Examine the climate. Will it be too warm or cold on that day? You will save with a reception site that has catering and entertainment. Ask the reception if it provides these complementary services.
Move on to photography. Get some references and then follow up. Take a look at the professional's past samples. Do they reflect your style? Are they elegant enough? How many years of experience has the photographer got?
Book your transportation on time. If you are having a formal wedding, a limo may be a must but if you are contemplating a casual wedding, then a sedan or classical car would be enough. See if color, design, size and model of car will fit the decoration you have in mind. Also, ensure that the driver of the car arrives in formal clothes on the wedding day.
